4 Delivery Methods:

Some of your customers need invoices daily. Others only review invoices weekly. With Invoice Connection, every customer can have a unique schedule. The choices are on a customer-by-customer basis. The delivery method may be changed any time.

Print & Mail Invoices & Statements
We can mail daily, twice weekly, weekly, or on any other schedule. We sort, collate, print, and stuff invoices and statements. We bar code all mail, and use Zip plus 4.

Email Invoices
Email invoices are sent out at once. We constantly verify email addresses. Over time, as more of your customers move to electronic invoices, your costs will be reduced.

Fax Invoices
Some of your customers may accept FAX invoices. They may request a change from one method to another, at any time.

Invoices on the Web™
Your customers simply visit invoiceconnection.com to view, sort, batch-print at their desk, and approve invoices for payment. They can also export into their accounting software. (QuickBooks and others.)
